Once we have determined that your device requires to be sent back to us, you will need to follow these instructions to return your device

 
We use Sendle to Book the Shipment with one of Sendle's Couriers
 
The device should be packaged in a way that it won't encounter any damage
 
You will need access to a printer to create the label that will go onto the packaging
 
You will need to have a safe place outside or be home for the parcel to be picked up
 
We will email you a PDF Label to be Printed
This will occur after we discuss a pickup day that suits you
 
 
 
This Service is Pre-Paid by Us. If you fail to correctly package, label the package or is unavailable for pickup during the time we have discussed, you will need to create a Sendle Account and Ship it yourself.
You will not be reimbursed.

Only the Device that we have sent you can be shipped back to us. Do not add anything else to the parcel as we have carefully complied with a Dangerous Goods Declaration.
